1. Ask yourself, does this emotion serve me?
2. Does this action/thought/emotion take me closer or further away from my goal?
3. Am I using my energy negatively or could I otherwise enhance my energy in a more positive way to get the results or move me towards my goal?
You want to be able to answer these questions as below:
1. Yes, this emotion is serving me. If not release it, change how you feel, it really is a s easy as making the decision to not feel like that.
2. Yes, this action is moving me closer towards my goal. If it's taking you further away, stop it.
3. If you are sitting in a negative emotion, look at where this is taking you. Stop using your energy to feel and focus on the negative emotion you're experiencing, think how much energy you will have for focusing on positive actions.
It really is that straight forward, get into a routine of checking in with yourself. By doing so throughout the day with these three questions you'll be well on your way to changing your mindset, and it will be you who's having the success.
